A: In addition to saving money, there are many advantages to staying in a Home Networks Corporate Home. Our fully furnished apartments closely resemble single family homes and offer many amenities a hotel simply cannot. Our apartment homes, on average, offer at least twice the amount of living space as a hotel room. Add amenities such as fitness centers, indoor or outdoor pools, business centers, game rooms, underground or attached garages, fully equipped kitchens and the comforts of living in a residential community and the answer is easy.
Q: Do I need to contact all the utility, phone, cable, electric and garbage companies to set up service?
A: Absolutely not. We establish all services for you so your apartment home is move in ready.
Q: I am selling my home and the realtor suggested I leave the furniture in it when it's shown to prospective buyers. This means I won't have any furniture. Do I need to buy appliances and furniture for my apartment?
A: No again. Our apartment homes are fully furnished. We include all bedding, bath linens, dishes, cookware, bakeware, furniture, appliances and more. Most of our properties offer in-unit washers and dryers as well.
Q: Is there a minimum stay required?
A: Home Networks offers fully furnished apartment homes for stays of 30 days or longer. Certain restrictions may apply for guests staying less than 30 days.
Q: I have a dog. Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are welcome at many of our apartment communities. Weight and breed restrictions may apply and a pet fee and/or security deposit may be required. Call us for details.Q: Will I need to sign a lease? Will I be required to pay a security deposit?
A: A lease is required to rent our Milwaukee and St Louis corporate housing and a refundable security deposit may be required.
Q: Am I allowed to smoke in my corporate apartment?
A: Smoking is not permitted in any Home Networks Corporate Apartment. Fees may be assessed for guests who do not adhere to this policy.
Q: I'm a movie buff. Can I get premium cable channels in my apartment home?
A: Absolutely. Please ask about our premium movie packages with our reservations staff.
Q: Can I get receive mail at my apartment home?
A: Yes, please contact the USPS to have your mail forwarded to your new apartment home.
